Refund policy

Return Policy Guidelines:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund if in new condition. If item is received in damaged or used condition we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, up to 20%.
  • Returns that are not in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging, or are outside of the 14-day return window, will have return eligibility determined on a case by case basis. Please note, we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
  • In the event that we ship or provide the wrong item, we will send a prepaid return label so you can send the item back to us at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping the product back to us. However, in order to better serve our customers, we are more than happy to provide a pre-paid return label. Our competitive shipping rates allow for substantial return shipping savings. The cost of the return label will then be deducted from the total refund amount.

Cancellations/Refused Delivery

Customers that contact us to cancel a shipment after the product has shipped or that refuse delivery will be charged a return shipping fee that will be deducted from their refund.
